Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Late check outs are available on request and subject to availability.
Guests are requested to carry the required documents along with them during the travel.
Reservation must be amended/ cancelled one week before the planned arrival. Cancellation made after a week of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of one night stay.
If the guest fails to turn up, they will be charged in the event of no show and no refund can be made for the whole duration of the stay.
A maximum of 2 children upto 5 years are allowed to stay in the room with their parents without any charges. And for above 5 years, extra bed can be provided on request at a change
No pets are allowed .
Smoking inside any part of the resort is strictly prohibited.
